Narrative

In the warehouse yard, the injured employee was moving products to the front of a box truck in order to use a forklift to get product off the truck. He pulled a strap on a product and the strap snapped, causing the employee to fall off the truck approximately three feet to the ground. The employee sustained a broken wrist.
