Narrative

On April 22, 2025, an employee was positioning the bucket of a self-dumping hopper to the base for assembly. While aligning the bucket weighing approximately 590 lbs. into the holes in the base, it fell on the employee and knocked them to the ground. The employee sustained a fractured right humerus, a dislocated right shoulder, a fractured right foot, and lacerations to the head.
