Narrative

An employee had just finished training an experienced welder on the welding manipulator machine and stepped underneath the manipulator arm. The machine bound up and the manipulator arm came down on the employee's shoulder. The employee fell to the ground and suffered fractured vertebrae and a spleen injury.
