Narrative

A skid steer operator was attaching a skid steer's bucket loaded with concrete (estimated to be up to 500 pounds) to a machine. The injured employee was reaching in front of the bucket to move pieces of broken concrete when the bucket fell on his right arm, catching it between the bucket and concrete. The employee sustained a fractured arm and thumb, a laceration to the index finger, and an avulsion to their middle finger.
