Narrative

An employee was securing a mini skid steer with a grapple attachment onto a trailer. While securing the equipment, his left foot caught on the side wall of the trailer and he fell to the blacktop. He suffered multiple fractures to his left and right humerus bones as he caught himself on his arms.
