Narrative

An employee was helping reeve a luff cable for a luffing jib crane demobilization. He was guiding cable into the luffer sheaves when his glove caught on a greased portion of the cable. His left hand was pulled into a pinch point between the cable and a spreader bar. He suffered lacerations, a fracture, and a tendon injury to the hand.
