Narrative

An employee was moving an empty travel/equipment case to an upper shelf while standing on a 6-foot step ladder. While descending from the ladder, the employee misstepped and fell 2-3 feet to the concrete floor. The employee sustained a fractured tibial plateau in their right leg.
