Narrative

On May 15, 2025, two employees were laying out waterproofing membrane material on the balcony of a new residence. The injured employee was unrolling the membrane when he stepped off the edge of the roof adjacent to the balcony. The employee fell approximately 13.5 feet to the ground and sustained a fractured pelvic bone.
