Narrative

On May 15, 2025, two employees placed a piece of electrical switchgear inside a modular data center. An employee was using a pry bar to lift the switchgear while the injured employee was removing skates from under the switchgear. The switchgear came down and pinched the injured employee's left index finger. The fingertip and part of the nail were amputated without bone loss.
