Narrative

An employee was replacing a filtration unit hosing. While connecting tubes to the filtration unit, the employee's foot slipped off a support beam that was approximately 6 inches above the floor. The employee fell to the floor and sustained a compound fracture of her lower left arm requiring hospitalization.
