Narrative

An employee was working in a security office and saw a bug climbing on the glass of the window between the lobby and the security office. She took a fly swatter and went inside the lobby and swatted the bug. The bug flew toward her and caused her to turn and fall backward on the floor. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured left hip.
