Narrative

An employee was standing on the tarp on top of a semi trailer to assist another driver in removing the tarp when a strong gust of wind caused the tarp to lift. The tarp knocked the employee off the trailer and they fell 12 feet to the ground, resulting in fractured ribs, a fractured vertebra, and a bruised aorta.
