Narrative

An employee had just delivered concrete to a highway construction site and was cleaning debris off his mixer truck before leaving the jobsite. The mixer drum roller caught his glove and pulled his left hand between the drum and the roller. The employee suffered severe abrasions to his left hand and a broken little finger. His little fingertip was surgically amputated and the employee was hospitalized.
