Narrative

An employee was positioning an 18-wheeler truck with a loaded trailer on a concrete slab in the mill. The right side trailer tires went into a ditch that was approximately 24-30 inches deep. The trailer turned over onto its right side and the left side of the truck was lifted off the ground but did not turn over. The employee sustained injuries to their back and right shoulder.
