Narrative

The injured employee was assisting in servicing equipment. They went to retrieve a bucket located beneath the machine and their arm became caught by the ripper arm on the aft end of a track loader. A portion of the employee s arm was crushed below the elbow, resulting in a fracture requiring hospitalization.
