Narrative

On May 23, 2025, at approximately 4:15 PM, an employee was operating a cut-off saw to cut a section of 18-inch diameter concrete storm pipe in preparation for installation. The blade became pinched and kicked back, striking the employee in the left bicep. The employee sustained a laceration to the bicep that required surgery.
