Narrative

On 5/28/2025, around 6:30 PM, an employee was getting product from a walk-in cooler. She slipped on water that was on the floor of the cooler and struck her head on plastic pallets. She also impacted her right shoulder and tailbone in the fall and lost consciousness. The employee was hospitalized.
