Narrative

On 5/29/2025, an employee was conducting a warranty service call to replace a power pack for an emergency light fixture. He was working from a 10-foot ladder when he came in contact with a neutral wire that had a back-feed of direct current voltage from an emergency battery. He fell off the ladder and sustained an ankle injury. The employee was hospitalized.
