Narrative

An employee was removing an existing flat roof and throwing debris into the trash dumpster from the edge of the roof. The employee slipped and fell approximately 15 feet into the dumpster, landing on debris. The employee was hospitalized with a laceration to the head and two fractured vertebrae.
