Narrative

On June 3, 2025, an employee was climbing a ladder to access the HVAC on the roof. They were using a pull rope to pull a tool up when the tool caught on something, causing the employee to lose their balance and fall to the floor. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to their left humerus and calcaneus.
