Narrative

An employee closed the lid on the top of a tanker truck and stepped over it when his foot caught the edge of the lid, causing him to trip. The employee fell 13 feet from the top of the tank to the ground, resulting in hospitalization with fractures to his right wrist, right ankle, and fibula, requiring surgery on the wrist.
