Narrative

The injured employee was removing broken concrete by hand as another team member broke the concrete with a sledgehammer. The sledgehammer struck the concrete and the injured employee's right hand was caught between broken and unbroken concrete pieces. The middle fingertip was crushed and partially amputated under the nail.
