Narrative

Two employees were working on an elevated work platform. While they were installing a fiberglass extension ladder into an empty sewage treatment clarifier, the platform fell, causing both employees to fall about 14 feet. One of them suffered fractures to the nose, a finger, ribs, and vertebrae. The other employee also sustained a fracture. Both employees were hospitalized.
