Narrative

At 11:56 a.m. on June 11, 2025, an employee was pulling plastic out of a machine. His hand came into contact with the machine's discharge slicing blade, which lacerated the middle finger and caused an amputation to the ring finger. The machine was not guarded at the time of the incident.
