At 10:30 a.m. on June 12, 2025, an employee was working from a 10-foot ladder, replacing an LED driver in an office lighting fixture. He slipped on rain water and fell off the ladder, landed on his feet, and then fell to his buttocks. He suffered a lower back injury that resulted in hospitalization and surgery.
