Narrative

On June 16, 2025, an employee was on a ladder to install insulating foam to refrigerator lines. When the employee was climbing down the ladder, a 7-inch, smooth-blade knife that had been placed on a pipe fell from above, striking the employee's neck and resulting in a puncture wound.
