On June 16, 2025, an employee was working from a 10-foot ladder, installing conduit onto a wall. The ladder was leaning on a wall and a door; the door shifted, causing the ladder to become unstable. The employee fell off it, hit his head on a cabinet on the ground, and lost consciousness. He suffered head trauma and was hospitalized.
