Narrative

The driver of a flatbed truck was completing a freight delivery of oriented strand board (OSB) to the consignee. He was standing on the ground while rolling up load securement straps on the driver's side of the trailer. A forklift was off-loading a stack of OSB packs from the passenger side when the top pack shifted and fell from the forklift, striking the truck driver s lower legs. The driver sustained fractures to both lower legs and lacerations to the lower right leg.
