At about 10:00 a.m. on July 26, 2025, an employee was pushing a patient in a wheelchair through the threshold of a courtyard and main building. The employee tripped on the straps of a lifting pad on the wheelchair and fell to the concrete. The employee suffered a broken hip and was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
