An employee was working to get into a customer's back yard to fertilize with a stand-on fertilizer spreading machine. As the employee backed up the machine, its front tire dropped off a hill. The machine flipped over. The employee was thrown off it and landed on the ground on his right shoulder. He suffered muscle, fascia, and tendon strains in the shoulder and upper arm.
