An employee was preparing to replace brackets underneath a mobile home and was welding them into place when the home shifted off the jacks holding it up due to passing traffic. The employee was kneeling and the mobile home struck his lower back, resulting in fractures of the transverse processes of their L3 and L4 vertebrae.
