Narrative

On August 18, 2025, at approximately 10:05 AM, an employee was cleaning cases in the produce area on the sales floor. Their foot slipped under the floor mats, causing them to lose balance and fall to the floor. They landed on their left side and were hospitalized with fractures to their left hip.
