Narrative

An employee was using a tire machine to break down a low-profile tire. The pneumatic assist arm became caught on the lip of the wheel. He went to move the head of the arm, and the head dropped down and caught his right index finger against the tire rim. The employee's fingertip was amputated without loss of bone.
